DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We do offer an intimate, guided touch experience that involves the 100% dedicated attention of your Designer. For this reason, we do encourage appointments to ensure that you can be seen at the most convenient time for your schedule and do not have to wait for another appointment to finish. We do often have same-day appointments available and do our best to accommodate walk-ins when we can.

CAN I GET A BRACELET WITH MY FRIEND/PARTNER/FAMILY/ETC.?

Yes! Simply book two (or more) appointments in one time slot. For larger groups (7 or more), email us at hello@lovesaro.com and we are more than happy to assist you with booking. CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME IF THEY AREN'T GETTING A BRACELET?

Absolutely! We encourage you to experience this with others. Take fun pictures!

HOW MUCH DOES A BRACELET COST?

All jewelry is priced by the inch - so price depends on metal type and link styles used. Most wrists measure between 6-7 inches, and ankles range from 8.75-11 inches. Silver styles start at $18/inch and 14k solid gold styles start at $31/inch, which translates to anywhere from $108-126 for silver and $186-217 for gold bracelet. Both metal types go up from there by weight, with our heaviest sterling silver chains priced at $40/inch and our heaviest solid 14k gold chains priced at $300+/inch. Stones are priced individually ranging from $111-$3k+ depending on the type, size and cut of the stone.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

If you have to cancel, you must let us know 24 hours in advance. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated the same and will be charged our cancellation fee. 

DOES IT HURT?

Not at all! It's a burst of air and a flash. It does not touch your skin, and even if it did, it wouldn't hurt. 

WHAT CHAINS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

Our chain selection is always evolving—the best place to look at our selection is our Instagram or this page here. If you would like more information or have specific questions about our current chain offerings or specific pricing, please email us here. We can special order most chains in 18k, 14k white, or 14k rose gold.

IS IT REALLY PERMANENT?

It's as permanent as you want it to be. It's there until you don't want it anymore. Our concept is very flexible in that we encourage our clients to allow the jewelry to grow with them by evolving their pieces over time (switching out links, stones, adding stones, passing down pieces of chain to loved ones to create new pieces, etc.).

HOW CAN I TAKE IT OFF?

Wire cutters or sharp scissors. We are always happy to help with this in our studios if needed.

CAN I HAVE IT RE-WELDED AFTER CUTTING IT OFF?

Sure! Depending on how neatly it was cut off, we are able to re-weld your chain 99.9% of the time. If you ever decide you want to put it back on, we can do that for a $25 reattachment fee. We also do complimentary re-attachments for medical reasons.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PERMANENT JEWELRY FALLS OFF?

This is extremely rare, and if it does fall off, we are more than happy to re-weld it for you at no cost. Chains will stay on with normal wear, however jewelry is jewelry and we cannot be responsible if it is broken or lost.

CAN YOU WELD A NECKLACE INSTEAD OF A BRACELET OR AN ANKLET?

We sure can, however this is limited to certain chain styles. Please visit our permanent jewelry page to learn more, or feel free to contact us with any specific questions.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN BOOKING A “CUSTOMIZED MULTI-STONE PERMANENT BRACELET” VERSUS A STANDARD PERMANENT BRACELET SESSION? CAN I STILL ADD GEMSTONES IN A STANDARD SESSION?

The Customized Multi-Stone Permanent Bracelet service is intended for the creation of an intricate bracelet with 3+ stones and up to 4 or more different link styles for deepened storytelling. Please note that you do not need to book this service if you would like to create with 1-2 stones as our standard appointment service duration accommodates for stone selection and setting.  Through our fully customized jewelry design and storytelling process, you will choose from 160 varieties of all natural gemstones ranging from semi-precious stones (starting at $111) to precious stones (starting at $235) to symbolize the birthstones of your loved ones or to support you in a meaningful way through the healing properties of the stones. You will also have the option to incorporate up to 4 or more unique link styles in solid 14k gold and/or solid sterling silver to tie everything together in your custom bracelet. Keep in mind that creating a piece with 3+ stones and very meaningful symbology is a longer creation process than our standard appointment time. Please anticipate this service to be up to two hours or longer, depending on the intricacy of your design. If you feel that you need more than two hours time, please reach out 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to adjust your appointment time if possible. HOW IS AN “IN MEMORY” APPOINTMENT DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD APPOINTMENT?

In booking the in memory session, it just lets the Designer leading your session know the intention behind it and allows a touch more time than our standard appointments. We encourage clients booking a session like this to bring photos if they like, or anything that they feel adds to the session to honor the person they are remembering in more of a ceremonial way. In a standard appointment, we hold space for this, of course, but there is not typically as much time, and that is not something that we would like to rush! 

CAN I BUY OTHER LOVE SARO PIECES WHILE I'M THERE?

Yes! Private appointments take place at our Boulder, Denver and Los Angeles studios where we do have pieces available for you to touch and feel. We also offer consultations for custom pieces. Please feel free to contact us for more information if that is something you are interested in.

AM I EXPECTED TO TIP?

As this is a customized service, tipping is never required but always appreciated.
